Two years ago, my friend and co-teacher, Jan traveled to Egypt with her son. She described it as the most enlightening experience she has had to date. She sailed on the glistening Nile River, rode a camel and gazed upon the Great Pyramids at Giza. I envy her. I would love to experience authentic Egyptian cuisine. Jan did caution me about the water. Consequently, she fell ill shortly after the trip. She said that she drank bottled water. But, one evening she drank an alcoholic beverage containing ice. The ice was not filtered. Hopefully, I will not make that mistake. :)

ReplyDeleteI have wanted to visit Egypt since I was a little girl. It is such an interesting place that holds many mysteries and stories. One of them might be "What's up with this water?"
ReplyDeleteBest abstain from salads too. Their ingredients are washed under local taps. In the '60s I had a terrible time in Mexico until my stomach became accustomed to the regional parasites.
ReplyDeleteYep ice is a trap for the unwary as are salads in countries like Egypt, not to mention clean cutlery, and how you clean your teeth (bottled water please) etc etc. But it's worth it all if you really want to see a country.
ReplyDeleteDo not quit your full-time job until you have been making play bazaar consistent income with your multi-level marketing business. Be sure you have been with the company a while and that the company is stable. In addition, before quitting, make sure the money you are making with the company is greater or equal to the money you are making at your job.sata king
